hot air oven size 24 inch x 24 inch x 24 inch. hot air ovens are sturdy double walled unit inner chamber made of stainless steel (aisi 304) and outer is also made of stainless steel (aisi 304) with powder coating gap between the walls ted with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loses. heating elements are made of highgrade chrome plated nichrome wire, temperature is controlled by thermostat, temperature range ambient to 300 degree celsius and accuracy plus or minus 1 degree celsius (with digital accuracy plus or minus 1 degree celsius) air ventilations is provided on the top of the unit to remove the hot gases/fumes. in lab type oven, heaters are placed the bottom side of the unit, all the control switches & pilot lamps are on the front panel, trays should besupplied with g.i wire mesh, air circulation fan for uniform temperature, digital temperature controller cum indicator in lieu of thermostat with an accuracy plus or minus 1 degree celsius, with manufacturing certificate.
